Free Returns to the United States
We offer Free Returns within the United States when you use our prepaid
return-shipping label. See details below.
Returns must be received by Julius Jack within 30 days of your order’s
original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition
(unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Julius Jack hangtags
attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make
sure your item is eligible to be returned.
If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style,
size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and
provide a photo of the defect.
The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:
• Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
◦ All items marked “FINAL SALE” Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
• Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with
deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
• Shoes without the original box – the box must be free of damage, postage
stickers or stamps
Julius Jack reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to
update this Policy at any time without notice.
Please follow the instructions on your packing slip, fill out the applicable
sections and include it in your return package. If returning items from
